Derek coordinates logistics, inventory, spending, facilities and volunteer management in his role as Operations Manager. By infusing these important processes with care and compassion, he ensures the organization is prepared to support families in a quick and efficient manner.
He brings skills to this role that were honed in working with students in higher education. He learned to approach every situation with grace and patience to better help others find a path forward during a difficult time. He is excited to apply these skills directly to the There With Care community.
