Lisa joins the There With Care Middle Tennessee team as their Operations Coordinator. In her role, she primarily assists with warehouse operations, including packing deliveries for volunteers and staff, making deliveries to families, managing and organizing supplies from local partners, building Care Bags, and supporting Derek on a variety of strategic operations projects.

Lisa first heard of There With Care when a former co-worker, Camille, joined the team in 2021. She was excited to find an organization that allows her to use her skills and experience to support her community as well as the There With Care team. Lisa has close friends and family that have walked through medical crises with their children, and she’s humbled to now has the opportunity to support other families experiencing similar seasons of life.

She spent the last 10 years in the local nonprofit sector, primarily in volunteer engagement and operations. Her time working with a wide variety of people in many different settings and situations has taught her the value of simply treating people as people. She’s honored to bring that perspective to this position and to have the opportunity to make positive connections with families.
